There are large north-facing triple-glazed windows with light filtering roller blinds and a block glass south facing window that receives direct sunlight. Bedding (queen), towels, cutlery cookery and other kitchen essentials provided.

​This 623 sq ft unit shares access to all the amenities including community gardens, common rooms and laundry. Other desirable features include elevator access to the roof top patio and underground parking. And it takes ≈10 mins. walk to the ocean or shopping. No smoking/vaping/party. Quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am. Especially suitable for working professionals and retirees. Cost of rental would depend on the lease term and if the person is the right fit etc.  

 

This unit is also open to home exchange. You stay at our unit and we will stay at your home (no need the entire house and a combination of bedroom/washroom/shared kitchen is sufficient) sometimes later in Whistler, Banff, Calgary, Whitehorse, Ottawa, Montreal etc. Email ​for details.
